When we decided to install a generator in fall of 2009, we talked to a few companies and decided to choose Michael & Son Generators of Richmond.

Your representative, came and outlined the procedure to follow. There was quite a lot to do to get the proper placement for the generator. It took considerable coordination with your company, the propane company, Miss Utility along with the county inspectors.

When the big snow of 2010 came, the last of the work was done on that Friday morning, Feb. 19 around 11:30am. All work completed and the generator worked. On Saturday morning, Feb 20th, the power went out. We looked at each other, took a deep breath and then the generator kicked on. It stayed on until the following Monday afternoon.
